I started to read it but noticed it comes from the New Yawk Times-Pravda (T.P.) and gave it the old heave ho.
What drugs are these people on!? This has to be a joke.
The dems want to put this out there so that in 2012, they can claim they are working to cut the deficit.
There will never be any spending cuts. Only the raising of taxes.
This is purely political and in preparation of the 2012 campaign cycle.
