Preposterous

Liberals can be such boneheads.

Did you know that there is a raging battle going on in which "neo-Confederates" are refighting the Civil War?  And did you know that it's being fought right here in ol' Virginie?  Newsweek editor Jon Meacham says its a fact.

His evidence?

Well, he doesn't have any.  It's what we might call a liberal perception of the facts.

Which means he's delusional.

And what in God's name is a neo-Confederate anyway?

Idiots.  They're all idiots.

If you read the piece you'll find that nowhere in it does Meacham say there is a "raging battle" going on.

Where is your evidence?
You are delusional.
Conservatives can be such boneheads.
You're all idiots.

That was easy, but it doesn't advance the cause of rational informed discourse.

"Efforts to rehabilitate the Southern rebellion frequently come at moments of racial and social stress, and it is revealing that Virginia’s neo-Confederates are refighting the Civil War in 2010."

"Refighting the Civil War."

His words, Bub. Need I translate for you?

By the way, you just proved my bonehead observation.

Hmmm, neo-Confederates. Could they be related to the neo-Conservatives (code for Jews) who started the war in Iraq? Aha, that must mean the neo-Confederates are Jews and that's why Obama, The Magnificent, Race Healer-in-Chief is dissing Israel. Howzzat for a liberal perception of the facts?
