The drama surrounding Dennis Kucinich’s 2012 reelection bid is finally over.

After months of agonizing that included with a flirtation with a bid in Washington, Kucinich announced Wednesday he had filed to run for reelection in Ohio’s new 9th District — a decision that sets him up for a primary with his longtime Democratic colleague, Rep. Marcy Kaptur.

"In my time in Congress, I have helped save and/or create thousands of jobs in ... [blah blah blah]"

he Ohio Democrat ultimately decided to run for reelection in the new Toledo-area district, which he has represented a greater share of than Kaptur.

The drama might be over.  But the entertainment has just begun.

Kucinich, for those who don't know, is a left-wing nut.  And Kaptur is little better.

Grab the popcorn and the beer.  This is going to make for better TV than that freak show, "Dancing With The Stars."  Should be a real hoot.
