The critics are piling on.  Chelsea Clinton, who somehow went from being an investment consultant to big-time television reporter for NBC News, should probably have stayed America's darling (and Wall Street Machiavelli) and never appeared in front of a camera.

David Zurawik, Baltimore Sun TV critic:

"Steve Capus, president of NBC News, in his shameless hype for this journalistically-bankrupt decision, said it's as if Chelsea has been preparing all her life for this thing. Based on the first show we saw, if that's true, it's been a largely wasted life."
