The 'Occupy' Movement in Micrcosm

"Occupy Orange County" struck a Wal-Mart in Santa Ana, California yesterday, chanting to cashiers (and holiday shoppers):

We believe that it is wrong that the corporation you work for is making you come in to work in the middle of the night when you should be at home with your families.”

You have to work.  That sucks.  Come with us and sit on your ass in the park and demand that others give us our daily bread.

May they starve.

We've Come a Long Way, Baby

Or not.

We, to this day, look down on those subnormal human beings who inhabit deepest, darkest Africa:

Someone needs to explain to me why:

"Each injection costs roughly £40 [$62.33] and is 'extremely painful' but Kristina, from St Petersburg, Russia, insists nothing will stop her."

Savage is as savage does.

They Never Were All That Coherent

This about sums it up:

"I'm going to stick it to The Man.  As soon as The Man gives me the money to go out and buy a stick.

I don't know.  This just doesn't seem to be the kind of thing social movements are based on.
