Your comment may have been made tongue-in-cheek, Jerry. But, imagine Richmond lying well placed on a river between nearby mountains and beaches becoming a hub for the rich power players. It's even closer to the Great Lobbying Center of Washington, Dizzy than super-corrupt New Yawk. Where are the Virginia movers and shakers and the Times-Dispatch and Roanoke Pravda-Democrat on this? A Golden Opportunity to coin a phrase for these folks to escape the squalor and corruption of that mess on the Hudson, Nanny Bloomberg, Sheldon Silver and their merry band of tax and spenders. (Of course, it occurs to me that they'll simply bring their brand of "enlightened thinking" with them as many did who migrated from Colleefornia to Oregon, Washington and Nevada to escape the oppression there.)
