I wonder - what's 15% of zero?
So everyone living in Los Angeles drives to Las Vegas (think of the pollution generated!) to buy a new car because California dealerships are locked into meeting a government quota and will have to try and steer them into an overpriced, inefficient, inconvenient, uncomfortable electric car (that won't even get them to Las Vegas before it runs out of juice).
This has to be a conspiracy foisted upon the people of California by the Dealers Association in Nevada or Arizona. Has to be.
