I Think He's Figured It Out

Somehow, we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe.

How about we prevent drilling off the East Coast?

And the West Coast?

And in the Gulf?

And how about we cut off oil drilling leases?

And permits?

And increase EPA emissions standards?

And nix the XL pipeline out of Canada?

And force oil refineries to close?

By God, he did it.  We're just like Europe.

Don't forget the part about "drilling here won't do us any good for about 10 years" or words to that effect. The Democrat Party of Death has only been saying that and doing almost nothing for the last 30 years. I'll bet Pond Scum Obama-ayers is fuming over the drilling and production in Dakota and other places he can't control as it's on private land. Meanwhile, America now known as Brokestan thanks largely to Our Master Vacationer is about to invest in fly-by-night algae fuel, another boondoggle foisted upon us by King Putt and his "Green" industry fellow Nazi sycophants.

Have a look at heritage.org, anon., especially their Issue Brief#3514 regarding Obama-ayers Half-Truths vs. reality with regard to high gas prices. But, you're probably a lefty so you're inured to the truth.

Wait a tick, so you take the Heritage Institute's "data" over an actual business page?

Wow. Stunning development here. You've made up your mind and then go looking for supporting data.

WD - this is what separates you from the rest of us out here. You are as bad as folks on the far left. Listen, you are welcome to your own opinion, but you're not welcome to your own facts.

The again, I bet you don't "believe" in natural selection or the fossil record. Correct me if I'm wrong on that, but I bet you made up your mind about the principles of natural selection as a biological process before you looked into any scientific evidence.

Plate tectonics? Probably fiction to you. Climate change? Ah, the glaciers weren't here 20,000 years ago. The movement of man across the Bering Straits? Complete fiction as the timing of that predates the Bible.

And the fact that we are becoming MORE, not less energy independent AND we are now exporting more refined petro products than we consume, complete and utter fiction to you.

Enjoy your delusions, anon. You weren't reading a business page, you were reading an opinion page. Again, don't bother with research the truth doesn't matter. Hmmm, tectonic plates, weren't they made in Japan by Noritaki? The lying racist is correct about the U.S. producing more oil now because the hated Bush authorized drilling years ago. The surge in oil/gas production is due to deposits in South Dakota, Pennsylvania, and other places on private lands and, I believe even Obama's Bloomberg has reported the feds under His Self Importantness, have authorized far less drilling than the hated Bush. Again, I realize I'm wasting my time, comrade member of the Democrat Party of Death. Oh, and Darwin doubted his theory which I gently point out has never been proved. But, you do believe in Globaloney so, again I'm wasting my time.
