The price of gas is going through the roof. Ditto utility bills. Millions are out of work. Others have taken part-time jobs just to survive. Taxes are outrageous and are wasted in breathtaking volume. Our government is awash in debt, teetering on the brink of collapse, and Washington doesn't care.
And what's the question at last night's debate that
the American people the liberal media want answered?
"
Since birth control is the latest hot topic, which candidate believes in birth control, and if not, why?"
Birth control.
"The hot topic."
In the bathroom stall at Democratic National Committee headquarters. And in the halls of CNN Central.
But out here in the real world?
For the love of God.

Gotta change the subject. Obama-ayers Regime sponsors religious persecution, baby murder, euthanasia of "useless" folks like old people, spending for "green" projects and sycophant companies like GE and GM, supportive union thugs like SEIU, perversion of the culture and the dole, nuclear disarmament, totally failed foreign policy, cancellation of drilling and pipelines, etc. When your record is one of utter failure, birth control and Bush did it looks good as a "hot topic". Unfortunately, far too many voters won't get the picture until they're ordered to stay in their homes except to go to government controlled work and to stand in the government-issue grocery lines while perusing the New Yawk T.P. or the Roanoke Pravda-Democrat. There's an old navy joke about how there will be no liberty until morale improves. The new version is there will be no liberty unless Obama-ayers orders it.
First Republicans are stupid to even go down this road. The media has picked up on and they are playing into the media's hands. This is all designed to make the GOP look extreme. Events in Richmond only play into that narriative..justifiying further national media coverage.
Taxes are not outrageous. Really. Does anyone on here actually study US history?
When you look at the effective tax rates today, with the number of exemptions people and companies are taking, we have historically low tax rates at the federal and state levels.
Now you could make the case that local taxes are high - and that would be much easier to prove. And you could work to control the growth of local government by working with your local board of supervisors or city council.
