They can't do this!

The U.S. Education Department is probing complaints that Harvard University and Princeton University discriminate against Asian-Americans in undergraduate admissions.

Oh.  Asians.  Not "people of color."

That's okay then.

The DOE should stick to doing what it does best.  Giving out paychecks to an army of employees who collect meaningless data.  And leave Harvard and Princeton to their "colorblind" admissions strategies.
