I'm afraid you're correct, Jerry. The omens are not propitious when a "Justice" formerly involved in the matter as Solicitor General of the U.S. refuses to recuse herself. Standby for a ram. We're already being overwhelmed by preliminary events like our taxpayer dollars funding insurance co-ops and the revelations that Obama-ayers estimates regarding such things as covering pre-existing conditions were "inaccurate" to be polite. (A lie by any other name is still a rose?) Isn't his Health Care Czar, Comrade Berwick, a big fan of population control by baby murder and euthanasia of old folks? Odd, that a strong advocate of health care rationing would be appointed to ensure our National Health Scheme works well. NICE, huh? (Britain's National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence works so well that their Prime Minister is trying to put more and more of their Health Scheme back into the private sector.
