Virginia Gov't Protects Its Own

The Supreme Court being every bit a part of government as the legislative and executive.

From the office of Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli:

"Today, the court effectively held that state agencies do not have to provide state-owned property to state investigators looking into potential fraud involving government funds," said Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli."

The government doesn't want to know if fraud was committed by an employee of the government.

The press is jubilant.  It doesn't want to know if a government employee defrauded the citizens of the Commonwealth either.  To its everlasting shame.

For the love of God.
