Trayvon Case Clearly An Overreach

The evidence is finally coming out.  And it generally supports George Zimmerman's story line.  Second-degree murder?  Not even.

So says the guy I want representing me when the law comes a'knocking, Alan Dershowitz:

"If this evidence turns out to be valid, the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the second-degree murder charge against Zimmerman — if she wants to act ethically, lawfully and professionally."

They're going to have to knock down the charge.  Right?

Wouldn't that be the right thing to do?
