The Jobs Picture Darkens Even More

To go along with yesterday's news that the U.S. economy created only 84,000 jobs in June, fully a third of which were nothing more than temporary jobs, if one were to dig a little deeper, he'd find this fateful statistic:

Out of College, Out of Work: Number of College Grads With Jobs Dropped 406,000 in June

To be fair, those nearly half-million jobs weren't lost.  They just moved to Asia.

My message to those college grads who are suddenly out of work: Don't fret.  You have an endless supply of food stamps that you can draw on and soon you'll have available to you free health care.  Heck, Obama is even contemplating the forgiveness of your student loans. So kick back and enjoy the free ride that tens of millions of your fellow countrymen are enjoying.

As long as it lasts anyway.
