It was the character of Jim Malone, played by Sean Connery in "The Untouchables," who famously said, when giving advice on how to best go up against a formidable foe: "They pull a knife, you pull a gun."
Taking that advice, climate skeptic extraordinaire - a hero on the side of all things right in the war on science* - Marc Morano hits back at Michael Mann - he of "hockey stick" infamy. But he doesn't pull a gun to go up against Mann's lawyer's puny little knife. He brings out the thermonuclear weaponry.
See "Michael Mann says lawsuit against National Review is on! Climate Depot responds to Mann and his lawyer's claims about the Hockey Stick & Climategate."
And be amazed at the breadth of documentation accumulated to refute Mann's shameful global warming theory.
Thanks, Marc. You fight the good fight.
* That's right. Global warming advocates are zealots, clinging to their unsubstantiated belief - based on now-discredited "computer models" - that the planet is warming and humans are causing it to do so. Despite evidence to the contrary - despite the science - they press on with their beliefs and refuse to countenance arguments that degrade their hypothesis. Global warming theory is a religion and its advocates are the worst kind of apostles.
