Democrats Live In A Dream World

It's more than a tad ironic that hopeless liberal Maureen Dowd should refer to Paul Ryan as being "antediluvian."  That for his supposedly being "anti-woman."  Somehow.

But which political party is it that is going to be pushing its pro-abortion position around the clock at its upcoming national convention?  And which position is it that the American people are moving away from?

Here's Gallup's latest:

If the word antediluvian is supposed to mean ancient, which political party is living in the past?

Obama Promised ...

... but never delivered:

American incomes declined more in the three-year expansion that started in June 2009 than during the longest recession since the Great Depression, according an analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data by Sentier Research LLC.

Leading to this sad state of affairs?  The fact that fully half of those jobs that Obama brags about creating in the last three years are part-time with no benefits.

Now he wants four more years.

Let's say NO.

Mind your Own Business

Like California's political class doesn't have its own issues to worry about:

[California] Assembly urges Congress to ban assault weapons

And the rest of America urges the California Assembly to stick it.

Out Of Control

This cannot be sustained:

Under the President’s budget policies, federal debt will increase to $25.4 trillion by the end of 2022, an increase of $10.6 trillion (72 percent).

The real tragedy:  There's not a Democrat in this land who cares.

It's Getting Worse

U.S. weekly jobless claims up slightly to 372,000

I fear the big plunge is now on the horizon.

Will Romney be up to the task of slashing - and I mean slashing - the size of government?  Will he be able to get the government off our backs and out of our wallets?

Dare I say it ... I hope so.

Plan? What Plan?
