With Shades of Debbie Wasserman Schultz

Talk about delusion ...

The tea party is helping Democrats

So you know, the author - Dana Milbank - isn't suggesting that we are helping his buddies in the Democratic Party find a good retirement home.

With Shades Of Vietnam

"There will be no more Vietnams."
-- George H.W. Bush --

And then there was ...

We're Not Losing In Afghanistan

Afghanistan.  Where winning is no longer an option.  And not losing is the goal.

Jesus.  It's 1972 all over again.

Hawaiian Or Indonesian?

New Obama ad in Ohio: Mitt Romney isn’t one of us

Yeah.  OK.

Romney isn't a half-white dude from Honolulu.

Ya got him there.

I Hope Romney's Up To The Task

As Captain Miller said to Private Ryan just before he succumbed to his wounds:

Earn this.

It Was The Vagina Costumes

How else to explain the sudden reversal of fortunes for the Democratic Party's effort to promote their "war on women"?

What numskull thought that was a winning strategy?

Did they actually think Americans wanted to forget about this country's economic woes and, instead, focus on "lady parts"?  Really?

Big mistake:

"In every poll, we've seen a major surge among women in favorability for Romney," Democratic pollster Celinda Lake told USA Today after the first debate. These polls find women increasingly concerned with the deficit and debt, just like men.

Just like men.

How the feminists must be howling over that.

- - -

This should have given them a clue:

Sandra Fluke, the woman at the center of a media firestorm earlier this year after Rush Limbaugh called her a “slut,” spoke Saturday in front of about 10 people at the Sak ‘N Save in north Reno.

All 10 were probably from MSNBC, there to help her promote her lady parts, or whatever it is she does these days on the DNC dime.

- - -

Meanwhile, Romney and Ryan talk pocketbook.

And draw massive crowds.  Including a whole lotta lady parts.

- - -

And even where neither appear, conservative voters turn out in massive numbers:

Tea Party rally draws thousands to Indian River County fairgrounds

I'm guessing free contraception wasn't on the agenda.

(Dana Milbank, call your office.)

Maybe We Should Demand That Obama Pay Us Back

I'm sure he'll have the money when he writes his next novel, to be entitled:

2009-2012: America's Glory Years.  How I Saved America From The Worst Depression Ever Almost Known To Mankind.  (Subtitle: And from all those bigoted white people who cling bitterly to their guns and Bibles.)

And when he amasses his wealth, I'm thinking we ask that he repay us for this:

Workers at LG Chem, a $300 million lithium-ion battery plant heavily funded by taxpayers, tell Target 8 that they have so little work to do that they spend hours playing cards and board games, reading magazines or watching movies.

Margaret Thatcher once said, the problem with socialists is that they eventually run out of other people's money.

"Eventually" is upon us.

It's high time we demanded that socialists like Obama cough up their wealth first.

Hat tip to Michelle Malkin.

Why Did Obama Ignore Southwest Virginia?

And why did Tim Kaine do a fly-over?

Maybe for this reason:

Seen and photographed in Abingdon recently by Mason Adams.

Both men - Obama and Kaine - go where they're welcome.  Thus ...

As Iran Nudges Ever Closer ...

... to having - and being able to deploy - a nuclear weapon ...

... Obama does what he does best.

Are We A Christian Nation?

Those who made it what it is today sure thought so:

Even though Barack has his doubts.
